UK Bill Tracker ("we", "our") is a free personal bill-tracking service at ukbilltracker.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

• Account data: your email address, used to identify your account and send service emails.
• Bill data: the bills, payments, notes and documents you choose to enter. This is the core of the service.
• Service emails: we send due-date reminders, renewal alerts and an optional weekly summary to your account email.

We use your data only to run the service: keeping you signed in, storing your bills, and sending the reminders you asked for. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your bill details with advertisers.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data hosted in the UK/EU).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — sending reminder and digest emails.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also plan to show ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Your rights
